Team Terry is a father/daughter real estate team serving Bismarck, Mandan and Lincoln in both residential and commercial real estate. Terry and Haley dedicate themselves to helping their clients throughout every stage of their real estate journey. They will guide you through the home space between buying/home selling process while providing constant communication and the best concierge service.

MEET TERRY | After graduating from the University of Mary with a degree in accounting, my wife and I decided to open a property management company. As a property manager, we had many rolls. I soon found out while showing prospective tenants different rentals, I would rather work with people in finding a place that they could call forever home. I made the transition to full time real estate agent in 1992. I joined CENTURY 21 Morrison Realty in July of 1997. Family has always meant so much to me and it always makes me smile when I see someone find their perfect home. When I'm not helping a seller or working with a buyer finding their new home, you can find me reading or spending time with my family. My wife Melinda and I have been married since 1989 and have two wonderful daughters, Haley and Amber, son-in-law Blake, and a granddaughter, Bryn.

Haley has been part of my team since 2015. She manages everything here at the office from communication with clients, lenders, and title companies to processing and organizing paperwork and contracts. I am very grateful to work with her everyday. Our younger daughter, Amber, graduated from Minot State University with a biology degree and is back living in Bismarck. As a family we enjoy playing board games or watching an action-packed MARVEL movie.

MEET HALEY | Growing up with my dad in real estate, I had a general, natural knowledge in the industry. I remember begging him to take me along on house showings or to open houses. As he would prepare his briefcase with contracts and flyers, I would stuff mine with my coloring books and crayons. When I graduated in 2015 from Shiloh Christian, I knew right away the career path I wanted to take and work alongside my dad, Terry. I have learned that real estate is a difficult industry to learn but I have one of the best mentors and leaders in the industry. I've also learned that when your "job" is to guide people through the process of homeownership, it's not really a job at all. It is so rewarding to feel their emotions of excitement, happiness, and new beginnings. In addition to being a buyers agent, I am also in charge of "behind the scenes" tasks such as paperwork, communicating with title companies and lenders, and of course, making sure your questions are answered!

In October 2019 I married my high school sweetheart, Blake! In September 2022 we welcomed our beautiful daughter Bryn into our family. She has our hearts! In my spare time I enjoy reading on my Kindle. I also enjoy interior decorating, home projects, cleaning, playing piano, and spending time with my family and friends. We love to play board games, go on hiking trips, and watch movies. Being a North Dakota girl, naturally my favorite time of the year are the fall and winter months. However, in the summer, you can find me outside at almost anytime of the day, usually by the pool or at the lake. For the little time I have to watch television, my go-to shows are FRIENDS and Law & Order: SVU.
